2. Marketing the Property

The property will be professionally photographed, loaded on to the MLS, multiple websites and featured on social media. Licensed Realtors will then start showing the property to prospective buyers.

3. Negotiate the Offer

Once an offer is received, your Power Properties Realtor® will review it with you, and recommend an appropriate course of action.

4. Conditional Sale

Once an offer has been accepted, your house in conditionally sold, typically, subject to a buyer obtaining financing and having a home inspection. Your Realtor® will help you comply with the terms of the contract.

5. Sold!

Once the conditions have been satisfied your house is sold! The next step is to meet with your lawyer, and sign the land transfer forms. Additionally, there may still be terms of the contract that require your attention, such as completing repairs or cleaning. Finally, you will get the sale proceeds from the lawyer.
